NSEC is located in Penang, Malaysia. We are an established precision metal machining company with over 20 years of experience in serving various MNCs.
NSEC core activity is to supply high precision machining parts. Our machine facilities includes 4 units of 3 Axis CNC Milling machines, 7 units of Precision Milling machines, 2 units of Precision Turning machines, 7 units of Okamoto Surface Grinding machines and 1 unit of EDM machine.
NSEC production is currently running at 16 hours per day. We are an ISO 9001: 2000 company certified by TUV Nord and thus, you can be assured of our product quality and professionalism.
Our quality control facilities include CNC Vision Measuring System with non-contact and probing system of tolerance up to 2micron. This will ensure NSEC only deliver high quality products to all our clients.
NSEC practices lean manufacturing system to reduce cycle time, uses modular manufacturing system to provide production flexibility in engineering change and uses ISO certified processes in managing quality.
