NSEC is located in Penang, Malaysia. We are an established precision tooling company with over 20 years of experience in serving various MNCs.
Picture above show one of our CNC mass production parts. It is made of Aluminium with black anodize and processed through our 5 units CNC Milling machines running at 2 shifts per day. Tolerance achievable is up to 0.005 mm.
Our quality management system consists of a VGS Vision Measuring System with contact and non-contact probe and other measuring tools from Mitutoyo.
